Dr. Rajeev Prasad is a board-certified physician with experience in complex nephrology care. Dr. Rajeev Prasad completed his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University and obtained his medical education at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his Internal Medicine training and Nephrology specialization at University Illinois at Chicago.
